Machinery has now moved onto site to develop the last phase of this successful scheme which sits next to the main Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace campus at Sinfin, Derby.

The 13 acre site was purchased by Revelan Group who have already developed 12 industrial/warehouse units on the estate with occupiers including Gardner Aerospace, Seamers Joinery, Western Power and Intertek NDT.

Three units form the last phase of this scheme with Unit 14 being presold to SCITEK Consultants Ltd who are expanding and will be relocating from Stores Road in Derby.

SCITEK Consultants Ltd deliver complete turnkey engineering solutions to clients in a variety of sectors including aerospace, defence, power generation and automotive and were founded in 1997 by Dr Marios Christodoulou.

Marios Christodoulou comments:

“We had been looking for suitable premises which would give us enough space to grow into for a considerable time. Revelan were able to provide us with precisely the property we wanted at a competitive price and in an area which is an attractive aerospace hub in Derby. Not only will the extra square footage give us the desk space required for our expanding team of Consultants and Technicians, but it will also allow us to offer new in-house testing facilities for our customers such as vibration, gas turbine blade fatigue testing and spray characterisation.”.
