The unit at Cranmer Road extending to 550m² (5,921ft²) has been let on a new ten year lease. 

The refurbished units at Cranmer Road, off Pentagon Island are still seeing signs of great interest with a further unit under offer, due to complete in the next few weeks.  FHP truly believes the standard of refurbishment has benefitted the potential re-letting of these properties which is considered one of the best trade counter/industrial areas in Derby.
