FHP WELCOMES THE NEWS THAT LUCINDA HANCOCK HAS QUALIFIED AS A CHARTERED SURVEYOR

FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce that Lucinda Hancock is now a qualified ‘Chartered Surveyor’.  Lucinda has completed her training and passed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Lucinda is now a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction.

John Proctor, Director and Head of the Nottingham Office of FHP Commented:

“I am delighted that Lucinda has now achieved the status of Chartered Surveyor.  It is well deserved and I am in no doubt that she will go on to have a successful career in property.  Lucinda has proven to be a valuable member of the team and this qualification is testament to the hard work and efforts that Lucinda put into her study and into her role at the firm.

Lucinda has been at the firm for over three years and is currently part of the Office and Industrial Team where she concentrates particularly on the Nottingham City Centre office market together with industrial instructions in North Nottingham and Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
