Although having worked in Nottingham for the best part of two decades Jon is from Derbyshire and knows the area very well, having an in depth knowledge of the East Midlands market.

Speaking about his decision to join FHP Jon Marriott said:-

“After being baased in Nottingham for many years, the opportunity arose to join the East Midlands biggest and best property consultants in expanding the Derby offering. The property market in Derby and Derbyshire is continuing to grow and is an essential part of the East Midlands overall market, attracting investment and opportunities from outside of the region.”

Jon’s role at FHP will see him undertake professional work primarily in the valuation field but will also see him involved in Landlord and Tenant work and compulsory purchase. He will be involved in all commercial markets and will also cover residential developments and portfolios as part of his remit.
