Working in conjunction with North East Derbyshire District Council, FHP are pleased to confirm our appointment as sole agents for Bailey Square in the Derbyshire Town of Clay Cross.

The Town Centre Regeneration Project will see a creation of a new Town Square and the pedestrianisation of Market Street, which will provide a brand new high quality retail and leisure destination to accompany the strong existing retail offering which includes Tesco, Aldi, Iceland, Poundland, Card Factory, Peak Pharmacy and more.

The scheme will see significant investment into the Town with the creation of 17 leisure and food and drink units set within the vibrant new Town Square. The individual units will range from 500ft² – 4,809ft² to accommodate a variety of uses and we are already seeing strong interest from a mixture of national operators alongside good quality regional independents.
