Jonathan Sayer of FHP Property Consultants has brokered the sale of Unit 11 Victory Park, Derby along with an additional 0.91 acre plot to Western Power.

FHP, acting as joint agents alongside Salloway, completed the sale of the modern industrial unit extending to 27,607ft² on behalf of Revelan Group Plc. The unit forms part of Revelan Group’s high quality Victory Park development situated on Victory Road and adjacent to Rolls Royce.  In a little over 12 months 3 new occupiers have been welcomed to the scheme including NDT Services, Gardner Aerospace and now Western Power totalling over 100,000ft² of space being sold. 

The deal concluded saw Toyota Tsusho vacate their unit ahead of their lease expiry in December, and the transaction being completed within a matter of weeks of instructing solicitors.
