FHP are delighted to secure another successful deal within Mansfield, the investment sale of Soak Interiors was sold to a local occupier, achieving a net initial yield of 7.76%. The strong presence FHP have in Mansfield has resulted in 10 industrial transactions up to the Q3 mark in the sub-5,000ft² market and we will continue to push this in Q4.

The level of interest received on this property alone was positive to see and shows the freehold / investment market is still going strong despite the current economic uncertainties that we are facing. The unit comprised 4,715ft² of a mixture of warehouse, office and ancillary space with a generous yard area and occupied an elevated position on Rock Valley, just off the Mansfield Inner Ring Road. Situated on a securely fenced and gated site and provided a strong prominent road presence.
