FHP SELL RESIDENTIAL SITE IN SHERWOOD

FHP Property Consultants acting on behalf of Unique Pub Properties Limited have sold a site at Lloyd Street, Sherwood, which was previously part of the car park for the Robin Hood Pub, to Norse Homes Limited at a price of £150,000.

The site, which was marketed several years ago, has now secured Planning Consent for the development of 7 town houses.

The price achieved of £150,000 equates to £21,500 per plot.

FHP represented Unique Pub Properties Limited in the transaction.
