FHP SELL 35 REDCLIFFE ROAD, MAPPERLEY PARK, NOTTINGHAM

Acting on behalf of private owners, FHP have sold a 0.2 acre site on Redcliffe Road, Mapperley Park in Nottingham.  The site represented a rare opportunity for a self builder or small local developer to acquire a good size plot with its own access within the well regard Mapperley Park Conservation Area.

The sale was on an unconditional basis, with existing planning consent in place for a single house.  The sale price of £227,500 equates to £1.1m per acre.

The purchaser, Darryl Rockett, intends to implement the existing planning consent creating a “Grand Design” detached four bedroom house.
