FHP SECURE VINCI AT 1 PHOENIX PLACE

FHP Property Consultants are delighted to confirm that they have completed the letting of 1 Phoenix Place to Vinci Construction.

Vinci have taken on the whole of 1 Phoenix Place which totals 9,845ft².  The office will be a home for their special products team which will allow them to carry out the construction work on the tram lines.

The offices appealed to Vinci due to their close proximity to the Motorway allowing their team easy access to the office from other nationwide offices as well as the properties proximity to the tram line and its great access to Nottingham City Centre.

“I am delighted to have completed this letting to Vinci Construction.  There was no doubt once they viewed the property that they loved the location being so close to Junction 26 of the M1 Motorway and also Phoenix Office Park & Ride tram meant that it was the ideal spot for them.  Both Vinci, ourselves and the landlord had to work together very closely in order to complete the letting within a timescale that allowed them to move in before Christmas but I think that the team effort has paid off.”
