FHP are delighted to confirm that the joint venture acquisition of the Gracechurch Shopping Centre between BPG and SAV Group has completed.

Doug Tweedie, Director and Head of Birmingham Office at FHP said “we are delighted to have represented the purchaser, this is a challenging asset but one with enormous potential and we are excited to continue to work alongside BPG & SAV Group as this project moves forward”.

FHP’s commercial management department have also been appointed to manage the shopping centre on behalf of the new owners. Sian Cawthorne, Director at FHP added “we are thrilled to be instructed as the managing agent for Gracechurch. We look forward to working with all parties to provide practical and cost-effective advice and ensure best value and level of service for all the tenants”.
