FHP Property Consultants have secured the letting Unit 2, County Business Park close to the Notts County ground in Nottingham City Centre. The property has been let on a new 10 year lease to Yesss Electrical to Provide an electrical trade counter on the site. Yesss Electrical are now in the process of undertaking their shop fit out with a view to being operational early in the new year.
Yesss Electrical have recently acquired a number of properties throughout the UK and will soon become a familiar brand within the electrical wholesales market. The Company are currently planning to open more than 80 sales counters in the UK over the next 12 months and are set to open more than 200 in the coming years.
George Shread of Clarke Holdings, the Landlords commented:-
“After considerable interest in Unit 2 Mark Tomlinson of FHP has successfully let the property to Yesss Electricial Clarke Holding’s preferred choice of tenant. Yesss Electricals’ commitment to the extensive fit out can only assure Clarke Holdings that the future prospects of the site and County Business Park can only be enhanced by a quality tenant such as this.”
Mark Tomlinson, Surveyor at FHP Property Consultants who acted on behalf of the landlord in the deal commented:-
“I am delighted to have achieved this letting to such a strong operator. There are already a number of trade counter operators on site, selling a range of goods and Yesss Electrical will certainly add to the trade offer in the area. This property has good prominence as well as being a familiar location close to Nottingham City Centre just a stone’s throw away from Notts County ground.”
He added:-
“We now have one remaining unit on site with similar prominence which could suit an alternative trade user well with the added bonus of being opposite Yesss Electrical who will inevitably bring in many customers to the area.”
