FHP Property Consultants have recently secured a new tenant on behalf of Sports Tech Limited for the industrial premises at Unit 2 Griffon Court in Ilkeston’s Quarry Hill Industrial Estate.  The new tenants are Credit Car Sales Limited who will operate from the premises in addition to their existing site in the local area.

“We were instructed by new clients, Sports Direct Limited, to market this property during late 2014 and I am delighted that the letting has now been finalised with Credit Car Sales Limited.

This letting illustrates the improving optimism which we are seeing in the Ilkeston industrial market where the 2,750ft² Unit 2 Griffon Court deal was agreed within weeks of marketing commencement.

The most recent lettings have resulted in a lack of supply in the area for industrial premises in the region of 2,000ft² and tenants now have fairly limited options when seeking premises in this area”.
