Acting on behalf of Glenstone Property Investments Limited, Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has let premises at 30/31 Stodman Street to Costa Coffee.

Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:-

“”We commenced marketing of this premises in early 2009 in the knowledge that MATE Plc were going into administration.  Following the vacation of the premises by Evans, we were delighted to secure an equally strong covenant for this prime unit.”

 

He went on to say:-

“I believe that this is an excellent addition to Stodman Street and will encourage dwell time within the prime pitch of Newark.”

 

Costa have taken a ten year lease at an average rent of £57,500 over the first five years of the term and were given three months rent free together with the capital contribution of £27,500. 

They have now commenced trading and are extremely pleased with trade to date.
