Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acting on behalf of Ropemaker Properties have completed the letting of a first floor unit in The Cornerhouse to Chiquitos.

The unit, which is adjacent to the entrance to the 14 screen Cineworld, provides 3,727 sq ft of accommodation and has been let at a rent of £75,000 per annum which breaks back to £20/sq ft.
