Frankie Labbate, Surveyor at FHP Property Consultants has let 29 Bath Street, Ilkeston acting on behalf of Farcastle Group Limited to Sue Ryder.

Sue Ryder have circa 500 branches throughout the UK and their move into Ilkeston is one which has been coming for some time.    Securing such a prominent unit in such a prominent section of the high street clearly illustrates the ambition they have expanding into prime pitches.  This move clearly illustrates the business is prospering and the current climate is allowing them to take the best units in districts such as Ilkeston.
