Acting on behalf of Carol Harvey Estates, Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has let the premises at 15 Low Pavement to Miller Harris. The tenant has taken a new 10 year lease at a commencing rent of £20,000 per annum.
Miller Harris is a boutique perfumery with three existing stand alone stores in London, and concessions in Fenwicks, Fortnum and Mason, Bloomingdales, Liberty, and Selfridges, to name but a few.
