Acting on behalf of long-term clients, Tim Gilbertson of FHP Property Consultants is pleased to confirm the disposal of a good quality warehouse on a large site of just under 50,000ft² between Junctions 26 and 27 of the M1 at Hucknall.

Set on a large yard and benefiting from an excellent location, it was always anticipated that the building would be well received in the market and this proved to be the case as a long-term lease was secured to UK Home Shopping Ltd for their expansion.
