FHP Property Consultants have been awarded the most active agents award for both Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire by the Estates Gazette. The award has been bestowed upon FHP by virtue of office, industrial and retail agency departments completing the highest number of commercial property transactions in 2012 and the first quarter of 2013.
It has been a very active year for FHP who have completed more than 400 deals across the East Midlands securing more than £20 million of rental income for their clients and £100 million in sales receipts.

People ask me all the time what is the key to shifting space in this market and I have to say that I find the key to achieving deals across all the board has to be a pragmatic and understanding approach to a tenants needs and also very important is the presentation of space. We are finding that the better a property presents itself to the market the more successful it is in terms of time spent on the market, rent achieved and incentives granted. First impressions are everything be it how it looks in the pictures, on the internet or brochure, down to how the space looks when someone is viewing. With so much space on the market tenants and purchasers can be spoilt for choice and our advice is to ensure a potential occupier has no reason to disregard your premises for a reason that you can control.”
