Fisher Hargreaves Proctor is delighted to say they have now completed the lettings of 3-5 Hockley and 9 Hockley showing although the secondary market had struggled over the last 2-3 years there is some activity in the right locations.
The lettings consisted of a 15 year lease at rent of £11,000 to Mohammad Azad Shouhat who will open a new dessert parlour/shisha bar.
The second letting included the expansion of Desi Downturn Indian Restaurant who is the current tenant of 7 Hockley. Mr Hussain commented that:-
“I have been looking to expand my business for a while and I thought it was a great opportunity to do so.”
