FHP have been appointed as a new member to sit on the panel of Oblix Capital’s trusted valuers, made up of a pool of select firms.

Oblix Capital provides loans for commercial and residential properties, their decisions based upon crucial valuations provided by valuers such as FHP. Upon seeing the quality and comprehensive valuation services provided by Alastair Fearn of FHP, Oblix Capital personally sought Alastair out and arranged for FHP to join their panel.

“We were made aware of Alastair’s in-depth and comprehensive valuation after a Residential Developer in Derbyshire, whose development required funding, presented me with their previous valuation, which was conducted by Alastair. At which point, we appointed Alastair to re-value the development site, whilst also asking FHP to join our trusted valuation panel, as we felt their high standards corresponded with our own.
