Following the recent success at the Amber Business Centre, Riddings joint agents FHP Property Consultants and NG Nattrass Giles are delighted to confirm the letting of Unit 20 to Gliderobes Ltd. Gliderobes have taken a new five year lease of the 14,833ft² factory enabling their relocation from Belper.

Gliderobes specialise in the manufacture and installation of bespoke sliding door wardrobes.

The recent letting underlines the commitment that the Landlord, Commercial Estates Group, has to the estate by investing a six figure sum in making the premises fit for Gliderobes purposes.
