FHP Property Consultants are delighted to confirm the appointment of another graduate surveyor to their Derby office, Daniel Mooney who joins us after completing his Master’s Degree at Birmingham City University. Daniel joins the FHP Derby office to work alongside Darran Severn and Estée Coulthard-Boardman, working on office, industrial and retail instructions throughout Derby, Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands. After appointing Estée Coulthard-Boardman in November 2020, the amount of work which the Derby office continues to create has necessitated further expansion as we continue to be asked to market more and more property throughout retail and leisure, office and industrial sectors in Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands.
Darran Severn, Associate Director at FHP commented:-
“We are delighted to welcome Daniel to the FHP team, even more so as we begin to return to the office on a more permanent basis. The addition of Estée late last year has reinforced our strength across all sectors of the market and has enabled us to grow organically. As a result of increasing workloads, it’s fabulous news for the office that we need to expand again and we are delighted to welcome Daniel onboard. The property market is ever changing and we are better placed now than ever before to service our existing and new clients as our instructions continue to grow and further recruitment was necessary to ensure that we can provide best in class service to clients both old and new. The addition of Daniel to our team will enable us to do this and also expand our horizons still further, helping to bridge the gap along the A38 and A50 corridors to our colleagues in our Birmingham office where we have also appointed two further members of staff in the last couple of months.”

I really admire FHP as a growing business and with my skills and potential to offer FHP, I look forward to being part of the success moving forward. I have just completed a Master’s Degree at Birmingham City University and will be starting my APC shortly. It’s a terrific time to be joining this growing office which mirrors the ongoing expansion of FHP in both Birmingham and Nottingham, it’s great to be part of that expansion plan.”
