Acting on behalf of private clients, Frankie Labbate of FHP Property Consultants has successfully fully let the new Picture Works Retail Development on Queens Road opposite Nottingham Train Station to two well established local operators namely DG Taxis and Centrick Property.

DG Private Hire has been trading for over 35 years and is one of the most established companies in the East Midlands.  DG is a family business and growth has taken them from 12 to over 450 vehicles making them the UK’s largest private taxi service priding itself on customer care and reliability.

Centrick Property is a Midlands based property group with offices in Nottingham, central Birmingham, Solihull and London.  Established in 2005 their young, dynamic team deliver a friendly, efficient and professional service for residential sales and lettings, through to commercial property and block management. Centrick Property are currently looking after over half a billion pounds of client property assets and I am sure the opening of the Nottingham Office will mean this number will soon increase.
