Web-based fashion house, Meemi Limited relocates to Property Alliance Group’s Nottingham building.

One of the biggest property lettings in Nottingham this year has been secured at Property Alliance Group’s building on Dabell Avenue on Blenheim Industrial Estate.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP Property Consultants (FHP) has brokered with Sean Bremner of Lambert Smith Hampton a substantial deal on behalf of its north west-based property developer client.

Meemi Limited, one of the UK’s fastest growing web based fashion houses, has taken 46,000 sq ft to enable them to continue their planned growth for the future.
