Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to announce the appointment of Virginia Wills, 26, as a Surveyor within the Nottingham office.
Virginia worked with KPMG in Sydney, Australia with the National Property Department before moving to England where she has three years experience managing a range of commercial, retail and industrial portfolios in the East and West Midlands regions with GVA Grimley and Bruton Knowles. Virginia will be focusing on the management of commercial and retail properties with Fisher Hargreaves Proctor.
Having graduated with distinction from the University of Western Sydney previously in her career Virginia is currently undertaking a Masters in Property Development at Birmingham City University with the aim commencing her APC on completion and aligning her membership with the Australian Property Institute to the R.I.C.S.
Virginia commented, “This is an exciting opportunity to work in a region that is growing and changing all the time. I look forward to the challenges which will be brought by the eclectic portfolio of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor.”
This appointment follows the appointments of Jonathan Sayer and Tom Houghton who have also joined the Office & Industrial Team at FHP’s Derby Office, increasing the size of the Office & Industrial Team to 10 surveyors at the two offices.
