On behalf of private clients, FHP Property Consultants are delighted to have recently completed the letting of Unit 5 Spectrum Business Park, McGregor’s Way, Chesterfield, S40 2WB which comprises 3,132ft² of industrial/warehouse space. Spectrum Business Park is located just south of Chesterfield and comprises a series of high quality industrial/warehouse units. Tenants benefit from a shared yard and easy accessibility to the A61 and A617 leading to Junction 29 of the M1 motorway.
This letting has been an excellent result for our client achieving £11.50 per ft². Within a month of marketing, we managed to find a tenant, agree heads of terms and get them in 2 weeks later.
