Delighted to share that new retailer to Leamington Spa, Cotswold Company opened their brand new store on The Parade at the end of November 2021. They’ve done an amazing job of transforming the ex Monsoon Accessorize and our client is quite rightly delighted, as are we. Here’s to many years of successful trading ahead. Pleased to have represented the Landlord, and great to work with Mark Crookes at McMullen Real Estate who represented the Tenant.
We had some great interest in 35-37 The Parade, receiving multiple offers for both the unit as a whole, or a split, so interest between 1,500-4,000 sq ft in Leamington Spa is certainly as strong as any other location in the region.
