FHP Property Consultants have been appointed to provide property management services to the former Magistrates Court in Chesterfield, known as Knightsbridge Court.

The property provides three floors of distinctive accommodation within a park land setting at the centre of Chesterfield.

Having acted for the former Receivers of the premises, FHP were delighted to be retained by the new owners to work with them on both managing the current asset, letting the vacant accommodation, and also working with them on possible refurbishment plans for the premises.

Rob Spencer, Director in charge of the Property Management Department at FHP stated “as retained management clients of FHP, we were naturally pleased to be asked to add this management instruction to further build on our existing relationship.  This is an excellent opportunity for us to provide our client with sensible advice of the running of the building in its current low occupied status, with a view to identifying potential occupiers and possible refurbishment opportunities with this unique property”.
