FHP ‘COOK’ UP NEW TENANT FOR WEST BRIDGFORD

Acting on behalf of Mansfield Road Properties Limited, Frankie Labbate secured the letting of 42 Gordon Road, West Bridgford to Cook. 

Cook was founded in 1997 by Edward Perry and Dan Pinfold.  Their vision was to create a brand new product where the ethos was to cook and sell frozen ready meals in line with what you would be eating at home.  The idea is to cook using the exactly the same ingredients and methods you would in the home so everything presents and tastes homemade.  Their view is that if it does not live up to their ethos, they will not sell it in store.  Cook have now opened 75 stores nationwide and their aim is to continue to grow significantly in the next five years, thus their acquisition of space in West Bridgford is a long anticipated one which they have been trying to secure for some time now.
