2023 was a particularly successful year for Anthony Barrowcliffe and FHP Property Consultants within the Newark industrial market having undertaken three transactions specifically on Brunel Drive:
- Former Vodafone Building, Brunel Drive – Prominently located industrial unit with mezzanine floor, office facilities and substantial yard. The unit measured 27,500ft² on a 2.65 acre site and it was sold to a local owner occupier.
- Former Marriotts Transport Yard, Brunel Drive – Fully fenced and gated secure site in a prominent roadside position with the units measuring 16,969ft² on a 1.72 acre site sold with vacant possession to a local investor and developer.
- Unit 3, Brunel Drive – hybrid space of 396.09m² (4,263ft²) let to a local occupier.
