On behalf of private clients, FHP Property Consultants have negotiated the sale of 57 Kedleston Road, Derby.

57 Kedleston Road also known as Florence House, was built around 1793 and has been used for a variety of uses over the years.

The property has been sold to local investors, who are looking to refurbish the property and rent out to the private sector as an HMO.
