FHP COMPLETE SALE OF MANSFIELD LAND TO ALDI

FHP Property Consultants, acting on behalf of Regal Property Group, have completed a sale of land at Sherwood Oaks fronting Southwell Road West in Mansfield to Aldi for a new food store.

David Hargreaves, who acted on behalf of the land owners, said:  “It has been a long journey to secure this Planning Consent, but I am pleased that planning has now been secured and Aldi can get on and build their store and create much needed jobs in Mansfield.

Richard Rae acted on behalf of Aldi in the negotiations, with NG Chartered Surveyors acting as joint agents with FHP.
