Acting on behalf of clients FHP have recently completed a letting of the 1,060ft² Upper Floors at 1 East Circus Street to DLP Planning Limited for a 5 year term. DLP had been looking to relocate their East Midlands office to Nottingham for some time and having shortlisted a number of options in the City Centre opted to satisfy their property requirement in the Professional Quarter.
Lucinda Hancock of FHP who concluded the letting commented:
“DLP knew they wanted to be in Nottingham and I was delighted that 1 East Circus Street suited both their locational and operational requirements. I have no doubt DLP will swiftly settle in to what is now a fully occupied building and wish DLP every success in the continued development of their Midlands expansion onwardly.”
