FHP acting on behalf of a private individual are pleased to announce the letting of Unit B3 Ropewalk Industrial Estate in Ilkeston to P2B Construction Limited.
P2B Construction Limited has committed to a three year lease at the Estate and already has close links with Ilkeston and the surrounding area.
Lucinda Hancock who acted on behalf of the landlord commented:
“We are pleased to complete the letting of a further unit on behalf of our client at what is a thriving and popular Ilkeston estate.
P2B Construction Limited had been looking at a number of opportunities in the local area and we were delighted to accommodate their requirement at the Ropewalk.”
P2B Construction Limited have taken up 1,982ft² which represents one of four lettings to have completed at the Ropewalk Industrial Estate in 2015.
