Acting on behalf of Stainton Capital, Tim Gilbertson, Partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has secured an off market sale of a substantial site and premises on the Codnor Gate Industrial Estate to local developers PMW Property.

The sale represents one of the largest transactions in the region this quarter and with FHP retained by the new purchaser to let/sell on the various premises on the site our involvement is far from over with this opportunity.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“We were approached by our clients to put forward marketing thoughts on the disposal of this site following the departure of the former tenants.  We were delighted not only to be able to swiftly put forward marketing proposals, but equally to identify a party likely to be in the market for the space and in doing so we saved our clients significant time as we created and brokered an off market transaction.

This is one the largest site and land disposals in the East Midlands this quarter and FHP are now retained by the new owners, PMW Property, to sell/let on the constituent elements of the site.

As a result, we will shortly start marketing all units after refurbishment on flexible leasehold or freehold terms and anticipate strong interest.

The site will be marketed shortly on behalf of the new owners, PMW Property and FHP are retained to act onwardly.
