The Property Management Department at FHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce that they have been instructed to manage Interlink Park and Meridian Business Park Extension on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments.

Interlink Park is located in Bardon Hill near Coalville whereas Meridian Business Park Extension is situated in Braunstone, Leicester.  Both sit within minutes of their respective M1 junctions.  These estates comprise of high quality industrial accomodation and demand an equal quality of surroundings.

For both management companies, FHP will provide management services to the estate areas including administration and collection of service charges, appointing suppliers, providing advice and acting as point of contact for property owners.
