FHP and Innes England have been appointed by the owners of the former Courtaulds building at Haydn to market up to 30,000 sq ft of retail accommodation which will be created from former premises of Courtaulds and the former Courtaulds Factory Shop.
David Hargreaves said:
“This is a “clever” location in that it is easily accessible and has the benefit of 150 on-site car parking spaces and yet the rent is just £10/sq ft.”
Early interest has come from the furniture sector in particular and also the gym sector.
Units are available from 3,000 sq ft up to 32,000 sq ft.
The instruction is being handled by David Hargreaves and Oliver Marshall from FHP and Ben Taylor from Innes England.
