FHP AND FHPLIVING have been instructed to market a 1.5 acre Residential Development site on Melton Road in Edwalton.

David Hargreaves said the site had planning for a truly stunning mansion of 24,000 sq ft but also has consent for a development of 4 large Executive Homes.
