FHP AGREE FURTHER SALE ON FREETH STREET WITH MIDLAND CONFERENCE SERVICES

FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce that the final units have now been transacted at Freeth Street following strong competitive bidding.  The units offer a range of light industrial/warehouse units which have recently been reconfigured and refurbished to cater for the local industrial occupiers.

Units B & C totalling some 11,000 sq ft have been purchased by Midland Conferencing Services who will be expanding their operations in the area following positive business growth.

“There remains strong demand in the industrial sector of the market especially for freehold units of which there are very few to choose from.  We continue to receive enquiries for freehold industrial premises but at present, the supply cannot cater for the amount of businesses looking to expand.  This is having a positive impact with freehold values being achieved but unfortunately we are still not at a level which will stimulate speculative development in many areas.  Should we continue to see growth improving values in 2016, then speculative development could be on the horizon”.
