FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce that work has commenced on a refurbishment of the Former Timber Trade Centre site on Daleside Road in Colwick to accommodate the expansion of Just Car Clinic Ltd, a vehicle repair and bodywork specialist expanding within the area.

The Landlords of the property are putting together a substantial refurbishment to include a full re-cladding and provision of a customer facing entrance to the site off Little Tennis Street.

Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants, who acts on behalf of the Landlords, commented:-

“I am delighted to see that work is now underway and completion of the work should be achieved by July of this year. This is a substantial build programme to accommodate Just Car Clinic’s requirements and I am delighted that we have found a suitable option for them. The Former Timber Centre will provide a fantastic location for Just Car Clinic and will certainly improve the overall outlook of this part of the industrial estate”.

There are increasingly few options for Tenants in Colwick, The City of Nottingham and further afield and as such a refurbishment was required on an older property given the lack of existing modern options available to enquiries.
