FHP have recently acquired new premises on behalf of Structural Metal Decks Limited on Nunn Brook Rise in the Huthwaite area helping them expand their operations within the region.  Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants commented:-

“Structural Metal Decks were in the market for freehold industrial premises in the North Nottingham area and were becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of availability or suitable supply in the market.  We therefore offered our acquisition services to help them with their plans going forwards and secured this property on their behalf.  This shows increasing importance of providing acquisition assistance to our clients amidst increasing difficulty in securing freehold commercial premises given the lack of freehold supply in the market and the lack of new development of industrial premises generally.
