FHP News
Alastair Fearn has been invited by the partners of FHP to become an Associate Partner. This promotion comes on the back of the change in role for Alastair which has seen him move from the Office & Industrial Agency Team to the Professional and Insolvency Department.
Andrew Chapman, Partner, commented:-
“The decision to promote Alastair to Associate Partner is a reflection not only to the contribution he has made to the Professional Department but also work in developing the growing Insolvency Department. Since Alastair’s change in role he has been able to assist clients in a professional, personal and thorough way across a range of issues and types of property.
His ability, attitude and work ethic are all valuable commodities which I am pleased to say contribute to an enjoyable and hopefully prosperous working environment. I look forward to continuing to work with Alastair to ensure that we can as a team continue to develop ideas and skills to help serve both existing and new clients well.
Alastair first started FHP as a year out placement student in the summer of 2003 and after showing much enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck into all manner of tasks, he was invited to rejoin the practice once he had completed his studies. It was in 2006 that Alastair rejoined FHP and became a valuable member of a successful Office and Industrial Team acting on behalf of landlords and tenants in disposing of property across the region.
In 2009 Alastair gained full MRICS status and is now also an RICS Registered Valuer.
Alastair added:-
“I am pleased that my contribution to FHP has been acknowledged and rewarded. I enjoy not only the work that I do for clients but also the working environment at FHP. I am looking forward over the next couple of years to developing what is becoming a successful Insolvency Department and helping my clients realise the best out of their property portfolios.
