FALCON LAND IN NEWCASTLE AS FHP ACQUIRE 30,000FT² DISTRIBUTION CENTRE

Acting for long term clients Falcon Panel Products, Tim Gilbertson of FHP has acquired a further distribution base to serve the north east of the country with the acquisition of 30,000ft² of prime warehouse space at Infinity Park, Monkton Business Park, Newcastle.

This latest acquisition is the fifth that FHP have completed for Falcon in the last few years as their business goes from strength to strength.  Tim Gilbertson commented:

This latest move sees us acquire 30,000ft² of prime new build space just outside of Newcastle which will help Falcon to expand in the north east.
