Fairham Business Park sits proudly on the edge of Nottingham just off the A453, outside the workplace parking levy, within minutes drive of both the City Centre and Junction 24 of the M1 motorway, and agents for the scheme Tim Gilbertson of FHP, Christian Smith of Savills and Adam McGuinness of Carter Jonas were delighted to review progress on site earlier in the week as the three planned speculative units shoot up.
