The premises are located on the first floor of the Broadmarsh Centre adjacent to Jonathan James and TK Maxx.  Comprising some 1,541 ft² they were let on a new five year lease.

Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:-

“We are extremely pleased to have completed the letting to ExtraCare Charitable Trust and assisted them in securing their first branch in Nottingham City Centre.”

“They are an excellent organisation who were established in 1988 and currently operate 28 supported residential schemes and retirement villages together with 54 retail outlets.”

Alison Whittingham of ExtraCare commented:-

“We were looking for a City Centre shop to help fund an ambitious activity and social programme at the Charity’s Lark Hill Retirement Village which opens in Clifton this summer, the shop offers a host of nearly new clothing, books and collectables, together with a range of fashionable jewellery and handbags, all available at competitive prices.”

The store opened on 15 June 2009 and has proven exceptionally popular with Nottingham’s shoppers to date.
