FHP were pleased to let a 2,500 sq ft ground floor premises within the Emporium Building to Housing Investor Empiric Student Property Plc.

Empiric, who have taken the new 10 year lease on the premises, own and operate the student accommodation above, having forward funded the deal and are adopting the space as their own offices and student services facility.

FHP were pleased to act on behalf of the private investor in this transaction.
