Empire Interior Contractors Limited have recently completed on the purchase of 7A & 7B, Portland Drive in Shirebrook as their new manufacturing and head office facility. Empire Contractors specialise in the manufacturing and installation of bespoke joinery and associated products operating nationally and internationally across all sectors.
Units 7A & 7B, Portland Drive consisted of a 10,150ft² unit set on a large secure self contained yard with an eaves height of 4.7 metres ideal for B1, B2 and B8 uses.

“I was very pleased to have been instructed to sell this unit on behalf of a longstanding client of FHP. After a good marketing campaign, we engaged with Empire Interior Contractors who were a growing local company wanting to expand and purchase their own premises. FHP worked closely with the vendor and the purchaser throughout lockdown and through combined efforts and cooperation we managed to complete on this 10,150ft² unit.”
