FHP are very pleased to have concluded a new letting to Poundland in the centre of Bloxwich.

This particular deal involved the surrender of the previous flexible lease to Poundstretcher and the grant of a new 5 year term to Poundland who were keen to gain representation in the Town. Securing a long term commitment and investment into the building from a quality, national retailer was a great result for the Landlord, and represented another sought after location ticked off for the Tenant.

Poundland continue with their roll out across new markets regionally and nationally and have a requirement for both large and small formats.

FHP were pleased to advise the Landlord on this occasion, and we are looking forward to re-visiting upon opening of the new store.
