FHP’s Birmingham office are delighted to announce two new lettings to The School Yard in Harborne.
Unit 1 has been let to Koi Ki, a high-end Japanese restaurant which is opened to rave reviews. Fronting High Street and located adjacent to Boston Tea Party, Koi Ki is serving traditional Japanese dishes in a beautiful setting with theatrical food displays and a lively atmosphere created by live music and DJ sessions.
Unit 3 has been let to Harborne Strength & Fitness, which is operated by Greg Price and Daniel Warhurst. Greg and Dan have been established in Harborne for several years and have taken the opportunity to open in Unit 3 to establish permanent home for their highly popular fitness business.
Doug Tweedie, Head of FHP’s Birmingham office, commented:
“Acting on behalf of the private landlord, we were delighted to have brought Koi Ki and Harborne Strength & Fitness to this fantastic asset set within a heart of Harborne.
Koi Ki is a beautiful restaurant and Jan Muzarenko, Dan Wilkes, and their team have delivered on their promise to bring stunning Japanese dishes and a buzzing atmosphere to this former restaurant space.
Greg and Dan of Harborne Strength & Fitness have been established within Harborne for several years and we were delighted to agree terms to provide them with their first permanent home within Harborne.
To bring occupiers of this quality and to give permanent home to one of Harborne’s great independent business is a brilliant outcome and we wish all involved all the very best in their new spaces.”
